Design

The creation of an interior design begins with the work on a design project, which presents the planning, artistic, color, and technical features of the premises. This is a set of documents, drawings, three-dimensional models, and visualizations, based on which the materials are purchased, and the decoration and construction works are performed.

Work on the design project consists of four stages:

1. The development of a floor plan solution is a necessary stage for the conceptualization of the future interior.
  • Statement of work (type of the rooms, customer’s preferences)
  • Measurement of the premises with communications binding
  • Development of several layout options with furniture arrangement
2. The development of interior visualization. Selection of the room decorations.
  • Discussion of the stylistic and color aspects of the interior
  • Selection of the finishing materials, furniture, plumbing and lighting
  • Development of two interior options presented in the form of photorealistic images
3. Complete sets of materials, furniture, and equipment allow you to implement the interior design in reality as accurately as possible.
  • Selection of the manufacturers and models of doors, windows, finishing materials, plumbing, and lighting
  • Selection of suitable textiles and decor items
  • Development of the built-in furniture with a selection of the materials and fittings
  • Preparation of the specifications and cost estimates for the purchase
4. Preparation of the detailed documentation to ensure high-quality completion of the decoration and construction works.
  • Plans for the dismantlement and installation of the interior partitions
  • Project of changes in the supporting structures if necessary
  • Specification of the doors and windows
  • Ceiling plan with the specification of the materials and heights
  • Layouts of the lighting, power grids, underfloor heating
  • Specifications of the electrical installations, lighting fixtures
  • Connection diagrams of the plumbing fixtures and heating equipment
  • Specifications of the plumbing and accessories
  • Floor covering layout
  • Wall planes with reference to the facing materials
  • Finishing materials specifications
  • Manufacture project of the built-in furniture
  • Specifications of the prefabricated furniture and necessary equipment
The designer’s support and supervision of the course of the decoration and construction works are necessary for the accurate completion of the project and the provision of optimal solutions in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
